FlexStaff is seeking a Full-Time HR System Administrator with experience administering Workday to work with one of our clients, a multi-service home care organization, located in Brooklyn, NY.

 

The role offers a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

In this role you will be owning modules, designing business processes, building integrations/reports, driving quarterly release adoption, managing security and audits.

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR/Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Workday certification is highly preferred. 

  • 3+ years administering Workday (HCM or specific modules) 

  • Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes, security, and tenant configuration.

  •  

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Partner with HR and Payroll leadership to support all phases of the Workday implementation. 

  • Collaborate with the implementation partner on configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment. 

  • Serve as the primary Workday administrator post–go-live, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and enabling post-live features. 

  • Oversee ongoing maintenance and release updates; manage user access, roles, and security; triage and resolve issues. 

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards aligned to business needs. 

  • Deliver end-user support and training (in person and virtual); resolve issues and drive process improvements. 

  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT to optimize system performance and user experience. 

  • Document configurations, business processes, security, and standard operating procedures. 

  • Track Workday releases and manage the evaluation, testing, and adoption of new features and enhancements.
