Adecco Creative and Marketing is recruiting an LMS Administrator in Framinham, Ma. The Regional LMS Administrator will augment an existing team of learning system administrators during a key transition from SuccessFactors LMS to Workday Learning LMS. This role is heavily project-based and consultative in nature, requiring strong LMS administration expertise, system implementation experience, and the ability to balance work across two systems simultaneously. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert (SME), consulting with internal clients before configuring solutions and supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.


This is a one-year contract role with potential for extension or conversion depending on business needs. Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Framingham, MA. The pay rate for this role ranges between $35-$41hr.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the transition and implementation of Workday Learning LMS, including the phased closure of SuccessFactors LMS
  • Provide end-to-end LMS administration in Workday Learning, including course and program creation, learner management, content curation, reporting and analytics, and user experience optimization
  • Balance administration across multiple systems during implementation and transition periods
  • Serve as an LMS subject matter expert (SME), consulting with stakeholders prior to system configuration
  • Coordinate, prioritize, and execute learning projects from the LMS intake queue or as assigned by Learning Technology leadership
  • Manage work ranging from service tickets and troubleshooting to strategic initiatives and project work
  • Document and share Workday transition learnings, best practices, and project updates with leadership and peers
  • Enforce LMS standards and provide technical, process, and best practice guidance to junior LMS administrators
  • Manage testing cycles for LMS projects, system updates, and new feature implementations
  • Interface with global regional administrators, HRIS, and IT teams to resolve escalated issues
  • Act as the primary escalation point for researching and resolving complex LMS support tickets
  • Support global learning initiatives; experience with global brands or multi-language environments is a plus


Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in LMS administration and management in a corporate environment
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Learning LMS
  • Strong understanding of:
  • The e-learning development lifecycle and the LMS role in testing and implementation
  • Classroom training administration, including in-person and virtual learning (preferably Microsoft Teams)
  • Proven project management and consulting skills
  • Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly in a fast-paced, project-driven environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SuccessFactors LMS or Plateau
  • Experience using ServiceNow and SharePoint
  • Working and troubleshooting knowledge of e-learning content developed using:
  • Articulate Storyline and Rise
  • Vyond
  • WellSaid Labs
  • Experience supporting global learning programs or multi-language environments
