Position Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Human Resources, this internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support the HR Operations team across a variety of HR functions. You'll gain real-world experience in HR systems, project coordination, and day-to-day HR operations — all within a fast-paced corporate environment.
We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented student or recent graduate who is eager to learn, comfortable working independently, and excited to contribute to meaningful HR initiatives alongside experienced HR professionals.
Job ResponsibilityHR Technology & Software Support
Assist with research, evaluation, and documentation of software enhancements and system improvements.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR system updates, including documenting test cases, logging defects, and tracking resolution.
Help gather and organize business requirements for HR technology projects.

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or related area strongly preferred.
Experience RequiredJunior or Senior in college. Prior experience with HR systems, project coordination tools, or software testing is a plus.
Knowledge RequiredThe ideal candidate demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly across all levels of the organization. Must be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic software testing (UAT) is a plus.
Physical RequirementsPerforms office-based physical tasks including sitting for long periods of time, typing, and computer use; occasionally pushes/pulls, twists, bends, and lifts up to 20 lbs. to support event setup and general operations. Reliable, insured transportation required. Must be able to fulfill all physical demands of the position on-site.
