  • Keeping personnel records audit-ready and supporting workers' compensation and benefits audits.

Empowering Excellence & Service Delivery:

  • 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, with multi-site or multi-state exposure preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS (UKG is a major plus) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and benefits regulations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
