- Administering daily benefits operations, including enrollments, COBRA, and carrier invoice reconciliation.
Ensuring Compliance & Operational Integrity:
- Maintaining adherence to employment laws and preparing essential regulatory filings (EEO-1, OSHA, ACA).
- Keeping personnel records audit-ready and supporting workers' compensation and benefits audits.
Empowering Excellence & Service Delivery:
- Serving as the first point of response for associate and manager inquiries, providing high-quality and timely support.
- Identifying ways to streamline HR workflows and providing the reporting that helps our leadership team make data-driven decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, with multi-site or multi-state exposure preferred.
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS (UKG is a major plus) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus.
- A solid understanding of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and benefits regulations.
