I’m working with a fun, growing company that has a great culture and collaborative environment and is looking to hire theirfirst HR & Admin Manager. This is a newly created position and an excellent opportunity to join an organization early and help build HR processes from the ground up. While this role will not have direct reports initially, it will be highly influential in shaping the company’s HR function, including updating employee handbooks, creating new policies and processes, supporting benefits administration, and serving as the first point of contact for employees.

This role will report directly to senior leadership and work closely with vendors and systems such asPaylocityto support HR, payroll, and benefits. Target compensation is$70–80K, with flexibility to go higher for strong experience, plusbonus eligibilitytied to company performance.
