Trident Consulting is seeking a "Project Coordinator – CAPEX / Construction Projects" for one of our clients in "St Louis, MO (Onsite) " A global leader in business and technology services.

Job Title: Project Coordinator – CAPEX / Construction Projects

Location: St Louis, MO (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $38/hr – $44/hr on W2

Work Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM (CST)

Duration: Till Oct 2026 (Extendable)

Role Overview

Support the Technical Project Manager (TPM) on a CAPEX project by handling project administration, documentation, and coordination. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills and experience in construction/project environments. Remote flexibility available.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings & calendars
• Prepare meeting minutes & action/decision logs
• Track open items & ensure closure
• Maintain project documents, risk registers, dashboards
• Support project governance documents
• Prepare reports, presentations, status updates
• Ensure document control (versioning & storage)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with project standards

Must-Have Skills

• Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in construction / capital projects admin
• Excellent communication & organization
• Ability to multitask & meet deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently (remote)

Good to Have

• Knowledge of ERP / project management tools
• Experience in change management & governance
• Familiarity with risk management practices
