About the Role:
This position is with our internal construction and development team, reporting to the Meruelo Group VP of Construction, (and not with our separate construction company (Meruelo Enterprises Inc.) which provides services to third party customers). This team is responsible for internal construction and development projects including a new arena in Reno, CapEx improvements at our related businesses, and owned real estate developments.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Controls Coordinator to work with this team in coordinating the information from third party contractors and coordinating internal data for various construction projects under Meruelo Group entities. This role is critical to ensuring smooth communication, timely reporting, and alignment of project objectives across all stakeholders.
