Hospital Cleaner

Job Title: Janitor – 2nd and 3rd Shift

Location: Lewsitown, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of hospital areas including patient rooms, corridors, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Sanitize surfaces and high-touch points according to healthcare cleaning standards
• Empty trash and biohazard waste following proper procedures
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and operate floor care equipment
• Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed
• Follow all safety, infection control, and housekeeping protocols
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervision

Qualifications:

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred (healthcare or institutional setting a plus)
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewistown, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Lewistown,PA.
