Head of Compensation Accounting opportunity for a $20B+ AUM Multi Strategy Hedge Fund.
COMPENSATION:
Base - $250,000 to $350,000 (Stretch Me On Comp)
Bonus - $500,000 to $1,000,0000
Commensurate with experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer and maintain payout allocations in accordance with platform economics, team agreements, and performance attribution frameworks.
• Record, reconcile, and monitor compensation accruals, bonus reserves, and related journal entries.
• Oversee the accounting and operational administration of discretionary bonus pools and formula-based compensation structures.
• Prepare compensation reporting and analytical insights for senior Finance leadership and business management teams.
• Evaluate portfolio manager economics, compensation trends, and payout ratios across investment strategies and teams.
• Support compensation expense forecasting and accrual planning as part of the budgeting and broader financial planning process.
