Title: Guidewire QA Lead

Location: Edison, NJ (Onsite 5 day a week)


We are seeking a Guidewire AMS QA Lead with 10+ years of experience in testing of Guidewire - PC, BC, CC


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with client QA Team and other client stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure accurate testing.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in testing Guidewire PC, BC, CC Configuration and Insurance Suite applications (Policy Center, Billing Center, Contact Manager) Integration implementations.
  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance, including Commercial Lines.
  • Experience in Claims creation, FNOLs, Reserves, Checks and other payment transactions
  • Analyst Associate certification in Guidewire
  • Experience in manual Testing in Guidewire Cloud Projects – AMS mainly
  • Experience in Guidewire Automation Testing
  • Experience in adapting Testing Standards and Best practices
  • Experience in gap assessment of requirements and OOTB functionalities
  • Strong technical skills in manual functional testing in a continuous delivery environment.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Solid knowledge of test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, ADO, Rally or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen diligence.
  • Experience working in Agile environment following Onsite Offshore mode.
  • Mentor junior QA team members, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or Agile certifications are desirable.
  • Strong technical skills in non-functional testing in a continuous delivery environment
  • Functional Knowledge / hands on any of the other Guidewire XCenters namely Policy Center, Billing Center and Contact Manager
  • Experience in Guidewire Automation Testing using Guidewire GT UI Framework.
