Role Overview:

The Workplace Experience Associate is a highly visible, client-facing role responsible for delivering best-in-class support to employees and guests within a newly launched West Coast office. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly while creating a polished, welcoming, and efficient workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring a smooth and professional arrival/departure experience
  • Maintain shared spaces, conference rooms, and client areas to the highest standards of presentation and functionality
  • Manage and respond to internal service requests through ticketing systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Proactively anticipate needs and deliver personalized support to enhance the overall workplace experience
  • Assist with daily office operations, including room setup, technology readiness, and space optimization
  • Support internal initiatives, events, and cross-departmental projects as needed
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace services, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using workplace technologies and collaboration tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

  • Background in premium hospitality or high-touch service environments
  • Familiarity with workplace safety and operational best practices
