Are you interested in working in a global environment leading the technical architecture of endpoints and digital workplace solutions within a large international company? 💻 We are looking for a senior profile with strategic vision and strong technical expertise to define, design, and evolve solutions in complex environments.
📍 Location: Hybrid (Miami, USA)
🔑 Your Mission
• Define and lead the global technical architecture for endpoints and workplace environments
• Design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions aligned with the company’s technology strategy
• Oversee the implementation of device management tools (Intune or similar solutions)
• Lead the integration of secure connectivity solutions (VPN, Conditional Access, etc.)
• Define endpoint security standards (Microsoft Defender, Zero Trust, Conditional Access)
• Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure architectural consistency
• Evaluate new technologies and propose continuous improvements across the digital workplace environment
• Provide high-level support in resolving critical issues and technical decision-making
• Document architecture, processes, and best practices
🛠 Mandatory Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3–5 years in technical architecture roles
• Strong experience in endpoint management (Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager)
• Experience leading large-scale virtual machine (VM) migration programs, ensuring performance, resilience, and modernization outcomes
• Advanced knowledge of endpoint security (Defender, Conditional Access, Zero Trust)
• Experience with secure connectivity solutions (VPN, ideally Cisco AnyConnect)
• Experience in enterprise Windows environments and digital workplace management
• Ability to design scalable and resilient architectures
• Experience working in international environments
• High level of English (C1) and fluent Spanish
⭐ Nice to Have
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID
• Knowledge of automation tools (PowerShell or similar)
• Microsoft certifications (Azure, Security, Endpoint Manager, etc.)
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and advanced device lifecycle management
• Knowledge of other MDM tools or endpoint management solutions
