DEENIN products are sold directly to customers and through a growing network of distributors around the world.

We currently have distribution partners across multiple countries and are actively expanding our global wholesale and B2B presence.

We're looking for someone to help lead that growth.

The Role

The Global Partnerships & B2B Growth Lead will be responsible for helping DEENIN expand and strengthen its international distribution network.

This role combines relationship management, business development, sales, and partnership growth.

You will work directly with existing distributors while actively identifying, recruiting, negotiating, and onboarding new distribution partners around the world.

ResponsibilitiesExisting Partner Growth
  • Support current distributors and resellers
  • Improve partner engagement and communication
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales volume
  • Help partners succeed through better resources and support
New Business Development
  • Identify new distributors and wholesale partners
  • Conduct outreach and relationship building
  • Manage partnership discussions and negotiations
  • Onboard and support new partners
  • Build pipelines across North America, Europe, MENA, Southeast Asia, and other target markets
Strategic Growth
  • Develop B2B sales systems and processes
  • Track partnership performance
  • Recommend new market opportunities
  • Help shape DEENIN's long-term distribution strategy
Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years in business development, partnerships, B2B sales, wholesale, or distribution
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable conducting outreach and negotiations
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience managing pipelines and CRM systems

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with distributors or wholesalers
  • International business experience
  • Experience in ecommerce or consumer products
  • Understanding of Muslim markets and communities
