Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships who is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing commercial opportunities within a defined market or region.
This role operates at the intersection of market intelligence, business development, and execution support — ensuring that high-quality opportunities are surfaced, qualified, and progressed in alignment with the Business Leader’s strategy.
The position is both analytical and execution-oriented, supporting the full lifecycle from lead identification, qualification, development, and early-stage deal execution.
Working directly with the Business Leader, this role supports regional and client growth initiatives by ensuring opportunities entering the commercial process are strategic, winnable, and aligned with company objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3–7 years of experience in business development, market intelligence, consulting, or a related field
• Experience in B2B services, security, facilities, or adjacent industries preferred
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, research, and pipeline management
• Experience utilizing AI tools to support market research, lead generation, and pipeline development
• Highly analytical with strong business judgment
• Structured thinker with the ability to translate data into action
• Commercially aware with an understanding of what makes an opportunity viable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Execution-focused with the ability to drive outcomes from insight to action
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county, and municipal requirements
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification
• Continuously gather and analyze market intelligence across assigned regions and industries
• Identify potential clients, opportunities, and emerging demand signals
• Build and maintain a live pipeline of qualified and unqualified leads
Lead Qualification & Evaluation
• Assess opportunities based on strategic fit, revenue potential, operational feasibility, and competitive landscape
• Prioritize leads in alignment with Business Leader direction and company strategy
• Develop clear go/no-go recommendations
Opportunity Development (In Partnership with Business Leader)
• Work directly with the Business Leader to shape and develop qualified opportunities
• Support early client engagement strategy, positioning, and outreach planning
• Help structure pursuit strategies for high-priority opportunities
Sales Strategy & Deal Support
• Assist in project-managing sales strategies for viable opportunities
• Coordinate internally across sales, operations, and bid management teams as needed
• Ensure alignment between opportunity development and execution readiness
Pipeline Visibility & Reporting
• Maintain accurate tracking of all opportunities within the assigned region
• Provide structured updates on pipeline health, movement, and risks
• Support forecasting efforts through disciplined pipeline management
