Mechanical Assembler

Pay: $21–$23/hr

Location: Climate‑controlled warehouse (brand‑new facility)


About the Role

You’ll work as part of a small, close‑knit team assembling custom commercial rooftop units (similar to large HVAC systems). This role is hands‑on and ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical assembly, working with tools, and being part of a supportive production environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble custom rooftop units using hand and power tools
  • Follow work instructions and assist with mechanical builds
  • Perform general shop tasks such as sweeping, shrink‑wrapping, and cleaning
  • Work closely with teammates in a collaborative environment
  • Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience grow
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Large, climate‑controlled warehouse with high ceilings and natural light
  • Casual dress code (steel‑toe boots required)
  • Two paid 10‑minute breaks and one 20‑minute lunch
  • Small team where your work is noticed and appreciated

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
