General Production Worker (Steel Manufacturing)

Hands‑On Manufacturing Role | 1st Shift | Skill‑Building Opportunity

We’re hiring a General Production Worker to support the manufacturing of cold‑formed steel framing products. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with machinery, staying active, and being part of a team that produces high‑quality building materials used in construction projects every day.

• Set up, operate, and support roll‑forming production lines
• Assist with coil changes and material threading through machines
• Monitor equipment and production flow to maintain quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished steel components using tape measures, calipers, and gauges
• Handle, stack, bundle, and stage finished products for shipment
• Support machine operators with line cleanup and daily production tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Basic math and measuring skills (tape measure required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding setting
• Forklift or machine operation experience is a plus (not required)

• Stable manufacturing operation with a predictable 1st‑shift schedule

Industrial manufacturing facility with active roll‑forming lines and steel materials. The role involves standing, lifting, measuring, and working around machinery using standard industrial tools and PPE.

This is a Contract position based out of Bethlehem, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
