About the Company Hiring: A global aerospace and defense organization is seeking a General Manager to lead a growing business unit. This role oversees multiple engineering and manufacturing locations across the U.S.

About the Job: The General Manager will have full P&L ownership and lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Business Development. This leader will drive operational alignment across multiple sites, guide the integration of several product lines, and develop strategic growth plans while strengthening key customer relationships. The role reports to senior executive leadership and plays a key part in shaping the division’s long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Business Unit P&L performance, including revenue growth, profitability, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Business Development.
• Drive operational alignment and integration across multiple product lines and locations.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team focused on collaboration and talent growth.
• Lead multi-site operations and strengthen internal partnerships across the organization.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans, including pricing, contracts, and financial performance.
• Strengthen customer relationships and support new business development initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of leadership experience in defense manufacturing
• Proven P&L leadership experience
• Experience leading multi-site operations and cross-functional teams
• Strong strategic, operational, and customer leadership skills
• Ability to obtain or hold a TS/SCI clearance
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–50%

Salary: $275,000 – $325,000 base salary plus bonus and long-term incentive eligibility. Comprehensive benefits package included.
