Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, develop strategic objectives, and lead teams to achieve business goals. In this full-time, on-site role located in the Minneapolis area. As General Manager you will be responsible for managing resources, overseeing budgets, implementing business strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of collaboration and performance. The General Manager will also act as a liaison between the organization and clients, driving consistent delivery of results.

Qualifications

• Management and Leadership skills, including team building, performance evaluation, and decision-making
• Strategic Planning and Business Development abilities to identify growth opportunities and drive organizational success
• Financial Management expertise, including budget management and financial analysis
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Experience in operations within manufacturing industries such as plastics, medical devices, food, or industrial sectors is highly desirable
• Proven track record in business development and delivering measurable results
• Commitment to fostering professionalism, discipline, and collaboration in the workplace
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; an advanced degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
