Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands hospitality at a high level, can develop staff, maintain operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for both guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop front-of-house teams
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards
• Maintain a strong focus on guest experience and hospitality
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and team training
• Monitor financial performance including labor and cost control
• Work closely with ownership and leadership on operational goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a restaurant General Manager or senior manager
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• High attention to service standards and guest experience
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality and restaurant culture
