Job Title: Experienced Furniture Inspector (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Newton, NC
Pay: Based on experience (DOE)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Furniture Inspector for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Newton, NC. This role is ideal for someone with experience in furniture quality control who takes pride in ensuring products meet high standards before reaching customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished furniture for quality, craftsmanship, and defects
• Identify and document any damages, inconsistencies, or imperfections
• Ensure products meet company and industry quality standards
• Work closely with production and finishing teams to address issues
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
• Follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in furniture inspection or quality control required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects
• Knowledge of furniture construction, materials, and finishes
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move furniture as needed
• Good communication and teamwork skills
