Location: Greenwich, CT

In-Office Policy: Flexible HYBRID schedule - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Compensation: $200k - $250k base plus $150k - $200k bonus

(up to $350k - $450k total comp, depending on experience level)


A high-performing investment manager is looking to add an experienced professional to support the accounting and reporting oversight of its investment vehicles. This position is newly created and will offer broad involvement across fund structures and operational workflows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing accounting and reporting processes for a variety of pooled investment vehicles and related entities
  • Reviewing periodic NAV reporting and related materials produced by external service providers
  • Coordinating with third-party partners including administrators, auditors, tax professionals, and legal advisors
  • Assisting with financial statement preparation and investor-facing reporting deliverables
  • Supporting year-end audit and tax processes
  • Monitoring fund-level expenses, allocations, and capital movements
  • Assisting with the implementation and launch of new investment structures
  • Contributing to enhancements in internal controls, workflows, and reporting procedures
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams including operations, compliance, and investor relations


Qualifications

  • 10 - 15 years of experience in hedge fund accounting at an investment firm/alternative asset management firm AND prior public accounting experience required
  • Very strong understanding of hedge fund structures (master-feeder funds, offshore/onshore vehicles, SPVs, co-investments)
  • CPA license is required
  • Experience working with fund administrators and audit processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
