Job Title: Front Desk Office Administrator

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while delivering a welcoming and high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
Maintain and organize client files, documents, and office records
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Assist with onboarding new clients (intake forms, document collection, etc.)
Support administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, and filing
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed
Ensure the front office and common areas remain clean, organized, and presentable
Provide general support to the tax and accounting team during busy seasons
Qualifications:
1–3 years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office tools
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
