A long standing and highly respected agricultural company in the Oakdale area is seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Bilingual (Spanish) Front Office Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally
  • Greet visitors and assist with front office operations
  • Perform basic clerical and administrative duties
  • Filing and document management
  • Provide administrative support to HR and Finance departments
  • Assist with general office organization and support tasks


Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn

  • Reliable and team oriented
  • Interest in agriculture or office administration is a plus
