We are a small, growing company in Tukwila, WA, looking to add a receptionist to our team who loves interacting with and helping people!
The position will average 32-38 hours per week.
Duties include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Greet and welcome clients for appointments and walk-ins.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Maintain and update client records.
- Scan/file (paperless system).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the meeting rooms and reception area to provide a welcoming environment for every client.
The candidate we are looking for should be able to demonstrate:
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and team members in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing multi-line phone systems, greeting guests, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Solid Clerical Skills, such as scheduling, filing, data entry, document handling, and basic office administration.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion and accuracy.
- Comfort using common office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets); experience with CRM or scheduling tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or experience in office administration, finance, or insurance is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in an on-site, client-facing environment.
- Prior experience in a financial services, insurance, or professional office setting is preferred but not required.
Hourly wage starts at $22+ (DOE)
This is not a remote position and will require on-site work in an office setting.
