Overview
We are seeking a professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Foster City office. Duties for this job includes greeting visitors and staff, answering phones, front desk business functions, mail, scheduling, supply and keeping conference and break rooms presentable.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all clients. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask.
