Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages when necessary
• Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and support basic administrative tasks for staff as needed
• Provide general office support such as data entry, filing, and responding to routine inquiries
Qualifications
• 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
• Must be organized with the ability to switch gears quickly
• Tech savvy with experience using MS office products and other software use highly preferred
