Founding Account Executive

We’re working with a fast growing AI startup in SF that’s hiring a Founding Account Executive to help build and scale their sales function.


This isn’t a typical AE role.


You’ll be closing deals from day one while also building the systems, playbooks, and processes that define how the company sells as it scales. Everything you build becomes part of the company’s foundation.

• Think in systems and look for ways to scale what works

• Are comfortable using AI tools to improve performance

• Want to build something from the ground up


📍 SF based, in office

💰 $100K to $200K base + commission + bonus + equity
