Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager based in Palm Springs, CA. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of all food and beverage services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include menu planning, inventory management, team training, budget control, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Additionally, the role involves monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations and continuously optimizing operations to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Experience in team Training and staff development within a hospitality setting.
• Competence in Budgeting and cost management to achieve financial goals.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Previous managerial experience in the food and beverage industry is required.
