Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager based in Memphis, TN. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient restaurant management. Responsibilities include staff supervision, maintaining inventory and supplies, upholding quality standards, and implementing operational strategies. The role also involves collaborating with the culinary team to ensure a cohesive dining experience and achieving business goals, such as revenue growth and cost control.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff training and performance evaluation
  • Experience in operational management, including inventory control, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and experience in delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Passion for high-quality food, beverages, and hospitality
  • Ability to work collaboratively with chefs and staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Proven experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry, with prior managerial experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
