Club Manager

A strong leader is needed to run an intimate, newly opened private luxury dining, social and networking club. Reporting to the COO, the Club Manager will serve as the top operational decision-maker and key point of contact for club finances and for both guests and team members. A well-rounded operations background that includes strong food & beverage/events is needed. This is an outstanding role for someone who enjoys community involvement and civic engagement. Base salary is $145k, plus annual incentive. California/Western US residents are preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years' leadership experience in dynamic luxury hospitality establishments.
• Some experience in private/membership environments preferred.
• Innate service orientation, with ability to develop, implement and maintain standards of performance across all areas of the operation.
• Exceptional team leadership abilities, with knowledge of California labor mandates.
• Strong financial management track record, with past P&L responsibility for $5m+.
