Flexographic Press Operator

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain flexographic press equipment
• Perform all make‑ready tasks, including mounting plates or installing print cylinders
• Inspect plates/cylinders for imperfections and verify correct image alignment
• Prepare web paths and make precise tension and register adjustments
• Execute color corrections and anilox adjustments before production runs
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press, performing minor repairs as needed
• Complete periodic maintenance per manufacturer recommendations

⭐ What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience with printing procedures, materials, and press equipment
• Ability to read and understand job specs and press capabilities
• Strong skill in web path setup and fine‑tuning adjustments
• Experience with routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Google applications)

• Experience with Aquaflex, Comco, or Webtron presses
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Solid understanding of flexography and machine operation

This is a Permanent position based out of Oakdale, MN.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83000.00/yr.

The total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
