Role Description
Package Printing Co., Inc. is seeking a Press Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. This on-site role, located in West Springfield, MA, involves operating printing machinery, monitoring production quality, performing troubleshooting and setup tasks, and ensuring that pre-press processes meet production standards. Training will be provided to support candidates in mastering the skills required for the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and associated tasks
- Experience in Quality Control to ensure printed materials meet required standards
- Knowledge of Printing techniques and processes
- Ability to perform Troubleshooting of machinery and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Familiarity with Pre-press operations to prepare files and materials for production
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of work
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in printing or packaging industries is a plus, but not required
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
