Recently established as a standalone private enterprise following its carve-out from a publicly listed parent, the company is entering an exciting phase of focused investment and strategic growth.


The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the financial leadership infrastructure of a newly independent organization. Reporting to the EVP Finance – Corporate, the Director of Finance will serve as a strategic partner to North America leadership, helping drive performance, scalability, and disciplined execution across a portfolio of iconic brands.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Finance Leadership

-Serve as a primary finance partner to North America leadership.

-Translate company objectives into actionable financial plans.

-Provide financial guidance on investments, initiatives, and business priorities.


FP&A / Performance Management

-Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for North America.

-Develop and monitor KPIs to improve accountability and performance.

-Deliver timely, accurate reporting and actionable insights.


Operational Finance

-Oversee day-to-day finance operations, controls, and compliance.

-Partner with manufacturing, distribution, and commercial leaders to improve margins and efficiency.

-Optimize working capital and identify cost savings opportunities.


Build & Scale the Function

-Strengthen processes, systems, and reporting structures.

-Standardize finance operations across North America.

-Lead, mentor, and develop finance talent.


Systems & Infrastructure

-Evaluate and improve financial systems and reporting tools.

-Enhance governance, controls, and data integrity.

-Support ongoing transformation and integration efforts.


Qualifications

-15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

-Background in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site operations.

-Experience partnering with executive leadership teams.

-Strong budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance expertise.

-Deep knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.


Education

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

-CPA required.

-Advanced degree preferred.

Compensation

Competitive base salary + annual incentive bonus.
