About the Role

We are working with a rapidly scaling Transaction Advisory platform that has hired 6+ professionals in recent months and continues to expand its Financial Due Diligence team. They are looking to appoint a Managing Director in Boston, with a clear path to Partner by July 2028.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across mid-market private equity transactions
• Own full delivery of QoE, EBITDA normalization, and working capital analysis
• Act as senior client contact for PE sponsors, lenders, and corporate acquirers
• Drive business development and origination within the Boston market
• Build and mentor a growing FDD team

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years experience in Transaction Services / FDD
• Background: Big 4 (Audit → TAS strongly preferred)
• Proven leadership across mid-market PE transactions
• Strong track record in client development and revenue generation
• Clear progression within TAS (no fragmented career paths)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a high-growth platform
• Direct exposure to mid-market PE deal flow
