What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage daily banking activities and corporate accounts
- Oversee and track corporate credit card activity for approx 25 cards
- Support cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning
- Partner with leadership on payment prioritization and scheduling
- Assist with collections and vendor payment follow-up
- Contribute to month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Help optimize banking structure, fees, and workflows
Ideal Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or banking
- Strong Excel skills (you’re comfortable working with data and building structure)
- Someone who is:

-Naturally curious about how to improve systems and processes
Nice to Have
- Exposure to cash management, reconciliations, or payments
- Pursuing CPA or CFA (or interest in continuing education)
