We are looking for a "Hunter"—a strategic sales professional who doesn't just follow industry trends but sets them. If you have a network in the parking or hospitality sectors and the drive to own a territory independently, this is your opportunity to scale.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
As the key face and representative of KodaCars in the field, you will own the entire sales lifecycle of our key accounts, and build key strategic account relationships:
- Market Expansion: Identify and prospect high-value near-airport and hotel parking operators to drive new business acquisition.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with owners, GMs, and operations leaders.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the process from cold calling and product demonstrations to final contract negotiations.
- Intelligence & Strategy: Stay ahead of competitor activities and market conditions to influence our broader product strategy.
- Territory Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive region-wide plan to exceed sales targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our implementation and customer success teams to ensure your clients have a seamless onboarding experience.
What You Bring to the Table
We are seeking a self-starter who thrives on the road and understands the unique nuances of the parking industry.
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience selling software or high-value products specifically to the near-airport or hotel parking sectors.
- An Established Network: You must possess an existing network of industry partners and stakeholders to facilitate immediate "door-opening".
- The "Hunter" Mentality: A proven track record of acquiring and scaling high-value key accounts independently.
- Road Warrior Spirit: Ability and willingness to travel 90% of the time for in-person client engagement.
- Tech Savvy: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HubSpot is required (including deal automation and reporting).
- Professionalism: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
