Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shared Sales Specialist located in Toms River, NJ. The Shared Sales Specialist will represent 4 supplier partners. Candidates must be able to handle a fast-paced selling environment. Candidates must have a background in beverage sales or the hospitality industry, with a strong market knowledge of regional accounts and wholesaler management.   


Key Responsibilities

  • Representing four supplier partners and selling products into retail accounts
  • Sampling and tasting events
  • Wholesaler interaction and management
  • Use of Encompass to track sales achievements and account level detail in real time
  • Visiting 10-15 accounts per day
  • Submitting Supplier Recaps weekly


Qualifications

  •  3-5 years of Beverage Sales Experience, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field + 1-3 Years Experience 
  • Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
  • Experienced with On & Off-Premise Beverage sales.  
  • Ability to create and deliver effective sales proposals
  • Expert knowledge of the greater South NJ market 
  • Experience with CRM software, Encompass Preferred. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
