- As we continue expanding our presence in the U.S. market, we are looking to add 3 more experienced Outside Sales Representative to our team.
Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience and an established network within the packaging sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the PET and plastic packaging market, an active customer portfolio, and the ability to develop long-term business relationships through direct customer engagement.
This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, traveling to meet customers, identifying new opportunities, and managing the sales process from initial contact through closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand sales opportunities for PET packaging products, including bottles, jars, preforms, and closures
- Leverage existing industry relationships and customer portfolio to generate business growth
- Identify and pursue new accounts across target industries such as food, beverage, nutraceutical, household, and personal care
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits to build strong commercial relationships and better understand customer needs
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, account development, quotations, negotiations, and closing
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on product specifications, lead times, pricing, and customer requirements
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide regular reporting on sales activity and market feedback
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, customer visits, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5years of sales experience in PET packaging, plastic packaging, bottles, jars, closures, preforms, or a related packaging field
- Existing customer portfolio and/or well-established network within relevant industries
- Proven track record of developing business and managing customer relationships successfully
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based sales role
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and business development activities
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term business
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
Preferred Background
- Experience working with customers in food packaging, spices, beverage, nutraceutical, or consumer goods
- Technical and commercial understanding of PET packaging applications
- Experience managing custom projects, product development discussions, and customer-specific packaging solutions.
