Field Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are hiring reliable Field Delivery Associates to support a fast‑paced operations project near you! As a Field Delivery Associate, you will drive throughout your local city to collect flash drives from designated pickup locations and deliver them to a central corporate office. This position requires a high level of reliability, full time availability across 7 days/week and the ability to manage routes independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive locally to collect flash drives from designated pickup points (e.g., curbside, lockboxes etc).
• Safely transport and deliver packages to a designated office or drop‑off site
• Follow handling and tracking procedures for packages
• Maintain clear communication with the operations team
• Manage daily routes and schedules efficiently

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required at the time of interview
• Must have open availability across 7 days/week (will be scheduled for 5 full time days)
• Willingness and ability to pick up shifts on short notice
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
• Comfortable working independently and navigating local neighborhoods

Additional Details

• Mileage/gas reimbursement will be provided for your shift
• Training and onboarding will be provided prior to project start
• Temporary project role ending in September – must commit to the entire duration.
