Trade Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Trade Operations Specialist to join our client's team. A Trade Operations Specialist ensures the efficient, accurate, and compliant end-to-end execution of financial trades, spanning from execution to settlement. Responsibilities include reconciling trade data, resolving trade breaks, managing risk, and communicating with brokers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Lifecycle Support: Supporting the entire trade lifecycle, including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement across asset classes
• Reconciliation & Monitoring: Reconciling trades with brokers/custodians and monitoring daily trading activity to identify discrepancies (breaks)
• Compliance & Risk: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal firm policies, including monitoring live trading for risk

Common Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field .
• Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in trade operations, middle office, or trade support
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and experience with trading systems
• Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure
