Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team full-time. This on-site position is based in our Seattle, WA office. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing family law cases, counseling clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing and filing motions, handling depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The attorney will also collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies and provide expert guidance on legal issues.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Family Law and experience handling legal matters involving divorce, custody, support, and related issues
• Proficiency in drafting and filing Motions and other legal pleadings
• Experience with Depositions, including conducting and defending them effectively
• Strong foundation in general legal principles and resolving complex Legal Issues
• Member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Compassion, integrity, and a client-first approach
• Prior experience practicing Family Law is strongly preferred
