Our direct client is looking for a Family Law attorney to join our team of growing professionals in either our Monmouth or Middlesex office. Seasoned Family Law attorneys with 10+ years of experience or a book of business are very much encouraged to apply and will be compensated accordingly. Solos with a book of business that are no longer interested in dealing with the day to day of managing a firm are also encouraged to reach out.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of New Jersey family law experience;
• Ability to run a case independently from start to finish;
• Strong research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills;
• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented;
• Strong work ethic and time-management skills; and
• A team player who also takes ownership of their work.

Requirements:

• Handle Family Law matters from inception through resolution;
• Manage a caseload including divorce, custody, support, domestic violence and post-judgment matters;
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements; and
• Conduct Court appearances, hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
