What this role looks like:
This is a hands-on family law litigation role for an attorney who wants to manage cases, develop strategy, and build real courtroom experience—with consistent support from leadership and a strong administrative team.
- Manage your own family law docket (divorce, SAPCRs, custody, modifications, enforcement actions)
- Appear regularly in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
- Develop and execute case strategy aligned with client goals

- Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Lead client communication—advising, setting expectations, and guiding them through complex situations
- Handle negotiations and mediations with a strategic, outcome-focused approach
- Work closely with experienced paralegals and staff to keep cases organized and progressing efficiently
- Take ownership of your cases while supported by systems that reduce administrative burden
For Newly Licensed Attorneys
- If you are early in your career and bring confidence, strong communication skills, and a desire to litigate, this role will help
- You develop into a capable and confident family law attorney.
- You will grow into the responsibilities above by:
- Assisting with case management, drafting, and client
- communication
- Observing and participating in court proceedings and mediations
- Working directly with experienced litigators who provide hands-on mentorship
- Gradually taking ownership of cases as your skills and confidence grow

Who are you:
- Licensed Texas attorney (or recent graduate awaiting licensure)
- Strong interest in family law and litigation
- Confident communicator who is comfortable advocating in court—or motivated to become one quickly
- Able to think critically, stay composed under pressure, and make sound decisions in real time
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Client-focused, with the ability to guide individuals through emotionally complex situations
- Professional, emotionally intelligent, and grounded in high-stakes environments
- Motivated to grow into a skilled and effective litigator
- Family law experience is a plus
- Courtroom, hearing, or trial exposure is strongly valued
- Internships, clinics, or mock trial experience count for entry-level candidates

Compensation & Benefits
$90K – $135K+ base salary (Please note salary range is based on experience)
