Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 1 year experience in divorce/custody legal proceedings or other comparable area of practice to become a part of our team! We handle complex and high-conflict matters including divorce, custody disputes, relocation cases, and protective order litigation. Our attorneys take real ownership of their cases and spend meaningful time in court.

Responsibilities:

• Manage your own family law caseload
• Appear regularly in Superior Court throughout Arizona
• Draft motions, objections, pretrial statements and other legal pleadings
• Work directly with clients navigating high-stakes personal matters
• Complete formal discovery and disclosure of relevant evidence
• Negotiate resolution and attend mediation on behalf of clients
• Prepare for and conduct final trials and/or evidentiary hearings
• Collaborate with an experienced litigation team

Ideal Candidate:

• 2–7 years of family law experience (Arizona preferred)
• Comfortable handling hearings and courtroom advocacy
• Strong writing and case strategy skills
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
