Manage a family law caseload involving matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other family law documents.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and settlement negotiations while providing strategic legal advice throughout the case lifecycle.
Qualifications:
1-3+ Experience handling family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related domestic relations issues.
Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$180,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
