Family Law Attorney

Immediate opening for a Family Law Associate Attorney at a respected New Jersey firm with offices across the state.

Strata Legal Talent is recruiting on behalf of a respected and established New Jersey law firm with offices across the state for a Family Law Associate Attorney with matrimonial and divorce law experience.

This position involves handling divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and other complex matrimonial matters.

What You’ll Bring:

• Admitted to and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar
• Strong New Jersey family court and matrimonial litigation experience
• Experience handling divorce and custody matters from inception through resolution
• Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively
• Availability to work onsite five days per week

Compensation:

Salary range: $125,000 – $200,000, commensurate with:

• Years practicing family/divorce law in New Jersey
• Reputation within the matrimonial law community
• Depth of litigation and courtroom experience
• Portable book of business (if any)
• Additional commission on originations.
