Family Law Attorney Opportunity | Established Family Law Firm | Charlotte or Raleigh, NC | Onsite

Compensation:

• $118,000 to $140,000 base for 4 to 7 years of experience
• $165,000 plus for highly experienced or board-certified attorneys

Role Overview:

• Handle a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, and support
• Manage cases through the full litigation lifecycle
• First chair trials and court appearances required
• Work directly with clients on sensitive and complex matters
• Opportunity to bring and grow a portable book of business

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of family law experience is a MUST
• First chair trial experience required
• Preferably have a portable book of business
• Strong litigation, client management, and advocacy skills
• Must already be in NC; not looking for someone to relocate
