The ideal candidate will counsel individuals and families on premarital planning, family formation, separation, divorce, and custody matters. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research, writing, and oral presentation skills. Organization and attention to detail are paramount, however the most important skill to excel in this role is communication. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator and have a desire to communicate with clients and help guide them through complex family law matters. Candidates should have experience with matters pertaining to pre & postmarital agreements, formation & adoption, custody, divorce & separation, protective orders, and specialty family. The practice group's focus ranges from litigation to long-term care and estate planning. Ideal candidates will have experience with 1st or 2nd chair litigation, mediation/negotiations, and asset/portfolio management.
