What you'll be doing

You'll manage a broad range of family law matters from start to finish , representing clients before judicial officers, appearing in mediations, drafting pleadings and discovery, preparing financial disclosures, and leading settlement negotiations. You'll work closely with experts including forensic accountants and custody evaluators, and collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

What they're looking for

• 4+ years of family law experience in private practice
• Active California State Bar membership
• Courtroom and mediation experience
• Strong drafting skills across pleadings, discovery, and financial disclosures
• Ability to handle matters independently while thriving as part of a team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially in court
