What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with top law firms and corporate legal teams while advising attorneys on their next career move. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, engaging, and attracting high-caliber attorney talent
- Conducting thoughtful interviews to assess experience, marketability, and fit
- Building and maintaining strong networks across the legal community
- Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
- Staying current on market trends to provide strategic guidance
- Managing offer processes and negotiating compensation
What We’re Looking For
- JD required
- Interest in transitioning into a business development/recruiting role
- Strong interpersonal instincts and a competitive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Prior sales or client-facing experience is a plus (real estate, hospitality, consulting, etc.)
- Legal practice experience required; recruiting experience not necessary
